sanitized pools are quickly becoming a thing of the past. And salt
generated chlorinators are not much of an improvement. Asthma,
heart disease and even cancer have been linked to Chlorine.
Technology already exists that allows you to avoid the hazards of
chlorine by-products, so why would you still risk it?

Our ionization technology will leave copper ions in your pool that stay
active for 7-10 days, ensuring clean, sanitized water. The natural
oxidation process will eliminate organic substances such as skin oils,
suntan oils, skin cells or hair. The charged ions also prevent scaling
on the sides of your pool and in your pool equipment. Any existing
scaling is gradually reduced and eliminated as the ions encourage
minerals to go back into solution.

ECOsmarte®  Pool and Spa systems require approximately as much
care as a chlorine pool. Your consumable costs will be definitely be
lower, with no chlorine to buy every week and no regular use of
clarifiers, shock treatments, or algaecides. Your filter will need to run
10-12 hours a day as opposed to 24/7 which some alternative systems
require. The copper bars in the chamber need to be replaced once
every 5-7 years at a cost of $100. ECOsmarte®  pool and spas systems
function optimally at a lower ph than chlorine pools, and we have a
non-chemical solution for that, too! Carbon Dioxide gas is injected into
the water, which brings down the ph very effectively. The only on-
going consumable for your system will be the CO2 for ph control.


There are no corrosives used with ECOsmarte® water systems. Your
pool will not suffer the effects of chlorine, salt, or acid corrosion,
dramatically lengthening the life of your equipment. In fact, we are so
sure that our system is significantly better for your pool that owners of
newly constructed pools who use ECOsmarte® Water Systems from
the start will enjoy double the existing warranty coverage on your pool

Note about salt water pools: Many municipalities (Santa Clarita) are
banning salt-water pools due to the high content of chlorides in
agricultural water sources resulting from brine discharges of water
softeners and salt-water pools. Our sewage treatment plants are not
built to reduce salt content, and sensitive crops are suffering. There
are other issues as well.
